My work explores the complexities of human nature through paintings that emerge from intuition, memory, and the subconscious. Influenced by a lifelong interest in psychology, I approach each painting without a predetermined narrative, allowing layered forms, interconnected lines, and vibrant color to reveal emotional and psychological landscapes as they develop.
The animated characters that surface throughout my work function as emotional archetypes rather than fixed identities. They invite viewers to project their own experiences onto the paintings, creating space for multiple interpretations and personal reflection. I am interested in the ways perception, memory, and emotion shape our understanding of ourselves and one another.
Visually, my practice is rooted in bold color, rhythmic line work, and a sense of movement that can be traced back to the immersive visual worlds I experienced through video games as a child. These influences merge with my fascination with human behavior to create dreamlike compositions that exist between abstraction and representation.
Ultimately, my paintings are invitations to explore the unseen aspects of the mind—spaces where imagination, emotion, and the subconscious intersect, revealing new possibilities for connection and self-discovery.
